What’s the best way to clean my pack?
Life can be messy and we know that our packs can get caught in the crossfire. The good news is, the entire exterior of the pack is water resistant. Simply wipe off with a damp cloth and you should be good as new.

The waxed canvas front on my pack already has some marks - is that normal?
Totally normal and just one of the reasons why we chose this material for the front of our packs. Use the heck out of it and it will develop a unique, amazing look that can’t be replicated anywhere else.

Just ordered! When will my order arrive?

Domestic Orders
Have you seen that meme with the lady sitting next to her mailbox right after she places an online order? If you haven’t, Google it now - it’s hilarious. Anyway, we totally understand that you’re excited to receive your package. We’re just as excited for you to get it. Give us five business days from the date of your order to get it off to you. We often get shipments out earlier, but have to pad our timelines in case our oldest daughter brings home a lovely virus from preschool. Sharing is caring, right?

International Orders
We love seeing our packs travel to all corners of the globe and wish we could mail ourselves along with them! Please be patient, as packages can take extra time to arrive depending on their final international destination. Additionally, please note that any additional fees incurred in the shipping process (customs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders are final sale.

Can I pick up my order if I’m local?
First, from one Albuquerque local to another - thanks for supporting our small business! Unfortunately, we can’t offer local pick up at this time but are super excited to see you rock your pack around town.

What is your return policy?
We put a lot of thought, effort and care into the items that we’re putting out into the world and we want you to love them as much as we do. If an item doesn’t spark joy (Marie Kondo, anyone?), please email us right away. We can accept returns on undamaged, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once the item is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued for the original purchase price. Please note that return shipping is your responsibility (we always recommend a method that includes tracking!) and refunds will not include any original shipping charges.

Can I exchange my shirt for a different size or my pack for a different color?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to process exchanges through a traditional process at this time. If you have your eye set on a different color or miscalculated a shirt size, please return your items for store credit or a refund and make a new purchase. Feel free to reach out to us at hello@dadsfanny.com and we’d be happy to walk you through the process.

There’s an issue with my order that I just received - help!
So sorry to hear that! We do our best to strictly quality control everything before it leaves our hands, but every once in a while something slips through the cracks. Please email us directly at hello@dadsfanny.com and we will work with you to make it right.

My package is showing as delivered, but it never arrived.
Although almost all of our shipments arrive to customers without issue, shipping carriers occasionally drop the ball and your package ends with a one-way ticket to nowheresville. As fellow humans who send and receive personal mail, we understand that this is super frustrating and anxiety-producing. We wish that we could hand-deliver every order to avoid this issue, but that’s currently out of our company budget. All that to say, once shipments have been turned over to the shipping carrier - we relinquish control over the delivery process. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or lost/stolen packages. That said, please always contact us if there’s an issue. We’d like to be made aware and do what we can to help from afar.
